You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the software complies with any rules, agreements, platform policies, or laws applicable to your interviews and assessments. PhantomCodeAI makes no guarantee of interview outcomes and disclaims all liability for any consequences of using the software in violation of third-party terms.
• User Conduct: You agree not to:
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the software
  • Use the service for any illegal purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Content Rights: All content generated using our service is owned by you, but the software, branding, and infrastructure remain our intellectual property.
• Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
• Liability: The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Our service offers multiple options: one-time credit packs (Starter ₹1,599 / $19, Basic ₹2,599 / $29, Power ₹3,599 / $39 — credits never expire), a Monthly subscription at ₹4,299/month / $49/month, and a Yearly subscription at ₹25,999/year / $249/year. Subscriptions are one-time charges that do not auto-renew. Prices are charged in INR for customers in India and in USD elsewhere; the exact amount is always shown at checkout before payment. Each subscription includes:

• Full access to PhantomCodeAI software
• Automatic updates and new features
• Customer support

As a digital software subscription service, there are no physical shipments. Your subscription starts as soon as the payment is successful. Simply download the application and sign in with your email to access the AI tool. A Monthly subscription lasts for one month and a Yearly subscription lasts for one year. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you are charged once, keep unlimited usage while the plan is active, and retain access until the plan's end date. To maintain uninterrupted service after that, simply purchase a new plan.
