These terms carry the effective date shown at the foot of this page. If we change them in a way that affects your subscription, we will email you before the change applies to your next renewal. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
Our service offers multiple options: one-time credit packs (Starter ₹1,599 / $19, Basic ₹2,599 / $29, Power ₹3,599 / $39 — credits never expire), a Weekly subscription at ₹2,499/week / $29/week, a Monthly subscription at ₹4,299/month / $49/month, and a Yearly subscription at₹19,999/year / $199/year. Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly plans are subscriptions: they renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings › Billing, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for — no further charge is taken. Credit packs are a one-time payment and never renew. Prices are charged in INR for customers in India and in USD elsewhere; the exact amount is always shown at checkout before payment. Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly plans renew automatically. On the renewal date we charge the payment method you used at checkout, for the same billing period as before, and your access continues without interruption. Your Billing page always shows the next renewal date. Credit packs are a one-time payment and never renew.
If you buy a Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly plan at a price other than the advertised one, that purchase is a single one-time charge for one billing period and does not renew. Your checkout page states which you are buying, and your Billing page states which you hold.
Each renewal is charged at the price of the plan you subscribed to, in the currency you subscribed in — the same amount you paid at checkout. If we change that price we will email you before the change applies to you, and the new price takes effect only from your next renewal after that notice. You can cancel before then and never pay the new price.
Our payment provider retries the payment for up to 14 days. Paid access still runs only to the end of the period you already paid for — the retries do not extend it — but your account, your plan record and your credit balance are preserved, and are restored the moment a retry succeeds. Your Billing page tells you a payment has failed. If no retry succeeds within 14 days, the plan ends and your account moves to the Free plan. You can cancel at any point during the retries to stop them.
Cancel at any time from Settings › Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until that date, nothing is removed at the moment you cancel, and no further charge is taken. You can resume from the same page at any time before that date. Cancelling is not a refund — see our Refund Policy.
Recurring payments on Indian cards run on an auto-debit mandate you authorise at checkout, as required by RBI rules. Your bank — not us — sends you a notification before each debit. For renewals above ₹15,000, which includes the Yearly plan at ₹19,999, your bank requires you to approve each renewal by authenticating again; the approval link comes in your bank’s notification. If you do not approve it, the renewal does not go through and the 14-day retry window above begins.
You can also revoke the mandate directly with your bank or card issuer at any time, which stops all future charges. That does not cancel your PhantomCodeAI plan, so cancel from Settings › Billing as well if you want the record to match.
If your plan has lapsed while our payment provider still holds an active mandate, your Billing page keeps showing a cancel option. Use it — that is what stops any further charge.
For customers in India, Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record, appears as the merchant on your card or bank statement, issues the invoice, and processes refunds. For customers outside India, PhantomCodeAI is the seller and Stripe securely processes the payment. Prices are charged in INR in India and in USD elsewhere; the exact amount, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before payment.
As a digital software subscription service, there are no physical shipments. Your subscription starts as soon as the payment is successful. Simply download the application and sign in with your email to access the AI tool. A Monthly subscription lasts for one month and a Yearly subscription lasts for one year. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period so access does not lapse between interview rounds. Cancelling from Settings › Billing stops the next payment and leaves your current access untouched until the end date. Monthly and Yearly plans purchased before we introduced subscriptions were one-time charges and do not renew; your Billing page shows which you hold.
