You can request a refund within the first 24 hours of plan activation for our software subscription, but only if you provide video evidence showing that it is not functioning on your computer. Concerns like detection by screen-sharing software, or slowness in solution generation are not refundable.

- Provide your purchase details, reason for refund, and video evidence of the software not working.
- Refunds will be initiated within 3-4 business days from our end.
- The refunded amount should reflect in your bank account within 14 business days.
