Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly plans are subscriptions: they renew automatically at the end of each period so your access does not lapse mid-interview-cycle. Credit packs are a one-time payment and never renew.
One exception: if you buy a Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly plan at a price other than the advertised one, that purchase is a single charge for one billing period and does not renew. Your checkout page says which you are buying, and Settings › Billing always says which you hold.
Cancel any time from Settings › Billing — one click, no email and no waiting on support. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for:
If a renewal never succeeded, your plan ends but our payment provider may still hold an active subscription. When that happens your Billing page keeps showing a cancel option even though the plan says Free. Use it — that is what stops any further charge. Don’t buy a new plan first: you could end up paying twice.
Recurring payments on Indian cards run on an auto-debit mandate you authorise at checkout. Your bank sends you a notification before each debit, and for renewals above ₹15,000 — which includes the Yearly plan — your bank asks you to approve each renewal by authenticating again. You can also revoke the mandate with your bank at any time, which stops all future charges; that does not cancel your plan here, so cancel from Settings › Billing as well if you want the record to match.
Refunds are handled separately from cancellation: a refund applies only if the tool was visible on the screen, reported within 24 hours of it occurring with video evidence, by emailing customer-care@phantomcodeai.com or raising a request from the chat bubble on the bottom right. For full eligibility criteria and processing timelines, see our Refund Policy.
