Cancellation Policy

PhantomCodeAI plans are one-time purchases — they never auto-renew, and no recurring billing mandate is stored. That means:

• No future charges can ever occur automatically — there is nothing you need to cancel to avoid being billed again
• "Cancelling" simply means choosing not to purchase a new plan when your current one ends
• Your plan remains active, with full access, until its end date
• No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of an active plan

If you don't wish to continue, no action is needed — your plan simply expires on its end date and you won't be charged again.

Refunds are handled separately from cancellation: you can request one within the first 24 hours of plan activation by emailing customer-care@phantomcodeai.com or raising a request from the chat bubble on the bottom right. For full eligibility criteria and processing timelines, see our Refund Policy.
