How long is a 1-1 mock interview?
60 minutes total — one full interview round (coding, system design, behavioral, or a mix) plus 5 to 10 minutes of structured feedback at the end.
Who conducts the interview?
A senior engineer with active hiring experience at a top tech company. Each booking is matched to an interviewer who specialises in the role and topic you select during the booking form.
How far in advance do I need to book?
At least 48 hours ahead and at most 30 days out. The slot picker only surfaces valid times within that window, so you never see a slot that can't be booked.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. You can reschedule unlimited times or cancel for a full credit refund — both up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. After that window, the credit is consumed.
What happens after I book?
You receive a confirmation email with a meeting link and calendar invite. We forward your booking — including the resume and job description you attach — to the assigned interviewer. After the session, you get a detailed written feedback report by email within 24 hours.
What if my interviewer doesn't show up?
If the interviewer fails to join, we automatically refund your credit and help you rebook at a time that works for you.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits sit in your account until you use them. There is no monthly reset and no expiry date — buy a pack now and use it months later.
